An introduction to working with energies in and around the body.

This class provides the foundation for doing all types of energy work while maintaining one's center and balance.

This class will teach:

• Basic grounding: how to create a drain for releasing energies, issues, and psychic debri that keep us blocked or confused.
• Methods of bringing in clean earth and cosmic energies safely and usefully.
• Ways to recall one's own energies to replenish and rejuvinate the body's energetic systems.
• How to ground rooms or whole areas to keep them calm in the midst of chaos.
• How to protect your energetic field from being "slimed" or attacked by others.

This class should be an essential part of the training for all light workers, healers, massage therapists, or anyone who performs any kind of "hands on" work.
